Just dropped my car off at the service center for the first time. Chloe was welcoming and even saw me coming. She then got everything set up quickly, gave me expectations and took me to my shuttle driver. When I got to the office I already had messages from Chloe with updates. My shuttle ride with Brook - linn was a joy. We had a fun conversation, and she is professional with an amazing personality. Spectacular first impression form everyone!

Took my vehicle in for service today and i was able to take a service drive where a driver takes you where you need to go while your vehicle is being worked on, and my driver, it think her name is Brooklyn or Brook, but she did an awesome job, she was super helpful and friendly- creating a welcoming atmosphere for my first service ride experience! thankyou!

Found the perfect preowned truck listed online at Smart Hyundai. Inquired late that night and Jay Lundberg reached out early the next morning answering my questions. We live in Des Moines, so securing the truck was paramount. Jay facilitated the whole deal and had the service department do $1300 in maintenance so it was ready to go that night. Good deal too! I recently bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Smart Hyundai. Alyssia went above and beyond providing me pictures and videos of the truck! We have bought two new cars here in the last few months. One business and one personal. We have never been so informed on all the options available and given information to think about. There was no pressure and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Our salesman was Chris and he is really knowledgeable. We will definitely be buying more vehicles for our business here.

***Update*** After working with the service manager, the issues I expressed concern with were addressed, I was given a more detailed response to my inquiries, and they worked to make the situation correct, to my satisfaction. Very poor communication. Had my car for over a month, was actually ready over a week before they finally gave it back to me, after I had to call, repeatedly. And it was missing a piece, so not actually fixed after all. The only reason I knew it should be done was because I got an email survey about my completed repair. !?!

After being unable to get the exact Santa Fe I wanted at any dealer in St Louis, I went to the internet at 6:30 Friday evening. I found the Suv at Sharp, filled out the forms and had myself the car! Stopped to look at a 2025 Tucson Hybrid as part of a roadtrip. Our salesman Eugene had it ready and we liked it and bought it. Transaction went smooth. Everyone was great. Started off rough with a bad experience, but after speaking with the service manager and some additional training on N models everything was rectified. Much better service this time and went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely continue using Smart for service in the future!

Jay Lundberg is an exceptional dealer. I have been car shopping for about 2 weeks and the 2 dealerships nearby continuously had issues. I was looking for a Santa Fe hybrid for about a month and had trouble finding one. Saw one at smart (in bound, for delivery. ) Went in and worked with Eugene. He was very helpful and worked with me to put down a deposit. My only critique would be that when we came in to do the delivery that it would have been helpful to have information about the extended warranty options beforehand so I could read up on the options available beforehand. Otherwise, great experience overall.

I didn't intend to buy a new car yesterday. I went there to only look and possibly test drive. My sister and I noticed a nice looking Kona Limited and decided to drive it. After our salesman, Anthony, showed me lots of features and how they worked, I decided to buy. It had a lot more accessories than the Tucson. Anthony was very helpful and assured me the SUV had the driving power I wanted in a new vehicle along with certain accessories I also wanted. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend going there.
